Last weekend, Icon manned the Audio Visual desks at this year’s Silicon Milkroundabout, the hottest recruitment fair for London’s fast growing tech and web-based start-ups.

The fair took take place at The Truman Brewery, just off Brick Lane and attracted everyone in the programming world from fresh-faced developer grads to senior master coders.
